As we print your products to order, we are unable to accept refunds, returns or exchanges. Please email us at contact@iconsillustrated.com if you have any problems with your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays that may occur due to customs.
